CMSimple_XH beta3 with some improvements of the pluginloader and a new version of FCKeditor.

• New integrated pluginloader
• Plugin page-params with new functions and improved language files
• pagedata.php now located in the content folder of the corresponding content.htm
• Download (backup) of pagedata.php in "settings" possible
• Language functionality with language specific page title, keywords and description plus other enhancements. New language files
• New version of FCKeditor included, backup warning, new file browser with image preview and delete functionality
• New link check showing only wrong links and warnings
• After the first downloads the uri_separator has been reset to ":", because this was standard in CMSimple and otherwise internal links wouldn't work in many installations.
